Concrete Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Review contracts, scopes, and specifications before and during construction.
- Assist project teams with quality-related technical questions and solutions.
- Review concrete mix designs in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
- Conduct site visits to monitor and verify compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, documenting issues as needed.
- Coordinate with general contractors, owners, and project teams to maintain quality.
- Ensure regional compliance with safety and quality programs.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in concrete construction or materials testing.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Skilled at field verification of dimensions and procedures.
- Strong technical knowledge of concrete production, placement, and testing practices.
- Understanding of industry standards and codes (ACI, PCI, TCA).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Physically able to walk job sites, climb ladders, and access multi-level scaffolding.
